After leaving the British Armed Forces, Steve spent 3 years with UN Operations and Foreign Royal Family Protection. The entertainment industry has since been his workplace working globally with artistes including: Liam Gallagher, Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eminem, Shakira, Kasabian, Blur and Pulp to name a few. Steve was also Led Zeppelins Director of Security for the one off appearance in London and was responsible for recruitment of the band personal security team.

With over 30 years experience as a trainer, Martin has developed a sound reputation for exceptional training design and delivery across diverse industry sectors. Martin possesses both passion and commitment to improving standards and public safety and is regularly invited to provide advice and commentary on issues within his specialist areas. Marty is registered as an expert witness on use of force and is highly experienced tour security manager for many high profile groups.

Adrian Farrow, Tech IOSH
Adrian has vast experience after serving in the armed forces and 25 years of service with the Fire Service in fire fighter and team management roles. Adrian has completed his Nebosh National Certification and has extensive operational experience with event and fire safety roles at major music and sporting events as well as health, event and fire safety training delivery to major international clients.

Caroline has a wealth of knowledge in Office and Business Management with previous career in Finance Risk Management. Caroline is a fundamental and essential part of the day to day business and ensures that all areas operate smoothly, Caroline’s experience and knowledge in areas such as finance and data protection is beyond question.

Charlie Garner - Operations Manager
Charlie manages the security operations sector and is responsible for a large number of high profile clients he has gained the required experience with previous lengthy careers in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces including a number of tours of duty this is supported by a lengthy career in the private security industry in a number of security operations roles across the Close Protection and security sector.

Paul Taylor, Cert Ed, Mdip
Paul has over 27 years of experience in Close Protection & Surveillance training and operations with extensive experience gained via Her Majesty’s Armed Forces and in the private security industry, Paul personally oversees the training element of all of specialist courses and has the necessary knowledge and experience to ensure the highest level of training is delivered to our student’s and corporate company base.

Phil Campion - Hostile Environment Consultant
Phil heads up all of our Hostile Environment operations and training division, with extensive experience gained with Her Majesty’s Armed Forces in 22 SAS Regiment. Phil’s experience and knowledge in this area ensures the highest possible advice and training to our operatives and students.
