The Regulatory Reform (Fire) Safety Order 2005, for example, states that you have a legal responsibility to seek competent safety assistance. Some recognisable qualifications will include the membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers and or The NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificate.
