This exciting and dynamic course is designed for people who will be carrying out surveillance on a regular basis as part of a surveillance team or for those working in investigatory positions such as DWP or insurance companies and with the view of the introduction of the SIA surveillance license in 2010.




The training covers a range of advanced techniques and procedures used within the industry. It is aimed at those who wish to learn advanced surveillance skills including foot & mobile surveillance.

Risks Contained have developed a Level 3 qualification in Advanced Protective Surveillance & Intelligence through Open College Network Southern Region (OCNSR)

We are well respected within the industry as surveillance and specialist security training providers with training and operating specialists in these specific areas, all our trainers are operational and have had previous careers in surveillance disciplines including Special Forces regiments and government intelligence departments.

Skills are taught which are essential for gathering evidence by covert means and to become a proficient surveillance operator.

We cover how to carry out surveillance on foot, vehicle, and public transport and by static point. These skills are then put into practise by conducting supervised surveillance exercises.

The training is further enhanced with lessons in relation to covert photography and vehicle tracking.

This course includes exercises that are realistic, structured and controlled to gain the most benefit for the student.

All equipment such as vehicles, covert radios, and cameras are supplied.

We limit this course to a maximum of twelve students and with the future introduction of the SIA Investigatory licence this is the ideal course to ensure appropriate certification to become licensed upon the license introduction.

Our course is held at our dedicated Chilworth Training Centre and is offered full Board Residential at £2500.00 and includes 15% Vat, Certification, Training Cots and 4 Star Accommodation with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner along with full use of leisure facilities including Swimming Pool, Gym and Sauna

Course attendance can be confirmed via completition of online application and payment of £1250.00 deposit or Full Course Amount
